great access to parks and nearby shopping areas

I really appreciated the spacious room with a full kitchenette which made my stay comfortable, and the hotel's close proximity to Crabtree Valley Mall, just about 1 km away, offered me plenty of shopping and dining options right at my fingertips.

I truly appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were very attentive, and the well-equipped kitchenette in my room made it easy to prepare meals, which is wonderful for a long stay.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Perfect for Family Fun

The room was well-appointed with everything me and my family needed to have a comfortable enjoyable stay like good space for the kids and comfortable beds. And it’s worth mentioning how the staff were helpful during our stay, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed

I enjoyed my stay, especially the clean room with a great kitchen setup and the comfy bed. Though the BBQ area was nice for relaxation, I did notice the pool could use a bit of cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite a few minor issues with my room assignment.

The spacious suites were well-kept and had a nice kitchen setup that was handy. However, there was a distinct odor in the room, and housekeeping seemed inconsistent. at times, clean towels were scarce. Overall, it provided good value but could improve service.

The hotel has a fantastic location with easy access to interstates. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our three-night stay.

A Comfortable Stop for Our Family

We had a lovely two-night stay. The one-bedroom suite provided plenty of space for our family, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who made our stay pleasant. For families, packing some snacks can really enhance the experience!

I had an amazing time! The mattress was the best I've ever slept on, and the pillows were just perfect. My room was impressively clean and felt just like the photos online. I would definitely stay again!

Had a fun stay here. The mattress was seriously the comfiest thing I've ever slept on while traveling! The kitchen was a nice surprise. I made some quick meals. Plus, there’s a chill picnic area outside to relax. Just wish the front desk was quicker with requests. But overall, really enjoyed my time.

Had an awesome group trip! We loved the kitchenette for late-night snacks and enjoyed visiting the PNC Arena for Carolina Hurricanes games. The staff was super friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming, making our stay comfortable and fun.

However, the noise level from other guests was disruptive, making it hard to relax at times.
